MARVAD, Sabar Medical and the Licensing Authority
MARVAD is a Ministry of Health unit that assesses medical fitness to drive and provides recommendations to the Licensing Authority. Sabar Medical participates in the service and examination framework. The Licensing Authority makes the administrative decision concerning the licence. Follow the location and instructions in your personal summons.

Waiting for a response from MARVAD or Sabar Medical — what to do when your case is delayed
Waiting for a summons or a driving-fitness decision can affect work and daily life. Before enquiring again, identify the stage: awaiting an examination, supplying documents, medical assessment or Licensing Authority processing. This guide offers an organised way to enquire; it does not establish a binding processing time for an individual case.

What to prepare for your first enquiry
Keep your summons, requested records, current points statement and Licensing Authority notices available. For court disqualification, gather the verdict, sentence and licence-deposit confirmation from all relevant cases. For an unfitness decision, record when it was received. If documents are missing, you may ask for help locating them; do not wait to collect everything before checking a deadline. Submit only a brief description online and arrange document transfer with the firm.
Official contact information
