Summoned to MARVAD or Sabar Medical? Preparing your examination documents

Translation published: 15 October 2026

Start with your own summons

A folder full of records can still lack the document actually requested. Read the summons and mark each requirement: what to bring, what to submit beforehand and whether a record must cover a particular period. An online checklist does not replace your individual instructions.

Basic records and additional material

The official service page mentions photo identification and a health-fund medical summary. Also gather what your summons or completion request specifies: specialist summaries, test results or treatment records. Clarify whether a routine visit summary or a dedicated opinion is wanted before booking another appointment.

Give each document a purpose

Organise material around the reason for referral, not merely doctors’ names. If an event needs clarification, check whether the record covers the event, follow-up and current condition. This is an organisational approach, not a list of medical tests everyone needs. Clinicians decide which tests are medically appropriate.

Check consistency

Review your name, identification number, document date and licence category under assessment. Ask the issuer to clarify or correct errors or contradictions. Do not alter a medical record yourself or omit relevant information to produce a more favourable picture.

Submission is not always confirmation of receipt

Keep readable copies and submission confirmations. Name multiple files clearly and record what was sent and when. Where confirmation is needed, ask whether the material was linked to your case. Use official channels or a transfer method agreed with the recipient for medical information.

What if a record will not be ready?

Do not assume you may ignore the requirement or miss the appointment. Explain the missing item to the body that summoned you and request instructions about attendance and later submission. Keep the response. Do not change medication without medical instructions or learn prepared test answers.

Before leaving home

Recheck the date and address, take the required identification and records, and keep the summons accessible. Tsuri Saban & Co. can help review unclear referrals and prepare for the procedure. Enquiries: 050-3302070. Assistance does not guarantee an outcome or replace medical instructions.
